We value our customers and strive to provide the best possible service, which is why we ensure the lowest shipping rates with several reliable and affordable carriers for all orders. All shipping costs are non-refundable, as we aim to keep our prices as low as possible.

To ensure fast and reliable shipping, we offer standard shipping rates that are automatically calculated at checkout. For even faster delivery, express shipping options are available at an additional cost and include a tracking number once your order is fulfilled. Please allow 1-3 business days for handling and processing after checkout.

For orders over $1000 (USD), we require UPS carrier with signature confirmation for added security. If you choose to waive the signature, we are not responsible for any loss, missing, or damaged goods during the delivery process.

For special requests or faster shipping options, please email us at contact@lucchijewelry.com before placing your order. Due to the pandemic's effects on logistics, please allow up to 14 days for standard shipping.

All return shipping must include insurance for the total cost of the purchase. We highly recommend using an insured courier such as USPS or UPS as Lucchi Jewelry & Co is not responsible for damages or items missing in transit for return shipping only.

If you receive a damaged or lost delivery, please retain all original packaging materials and damaged goods in the same condition as received. Do not dispose of or release them to the carrier before the claim is completed, as photographs of the packaging and damaged goods will be required. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the denial of the claim. Take high-definition (HD) photos of the package as received and submit them to us as soon as possible.

For international shipping, we currently do not offer it at this time, but please check back soon or subscribe to our emailing service and we will notify you once international shipping is available.

  • If you receive damaged or loss delivery, please follow these conditions when making a claim with us:

    1. "All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of or released to the carrier before a claim is completed as photographs will be required. Failure to comply will result in the denial of the claim.

    2. "Take high definition(HD) photos of how you received the package and submit them to us."

    If you are shipping something back to us, please follow these conditions:

    1. "Jewelry (includes necklaces, earrings, watches, rings, bracelets, broaches, etc.) with a value of $1,000.00 or more must be sent with the direct or adult Signature Confirmation Service provided by the Carrier (must be signed for at delivery)."

    2. "Items must not be shipped in the original manufacturers packaging or any packaging that alludes to the contents."

    3. "Packages must be sealed properly and not expose contents inside and enclosed in a protective parcel."

     

    International Shipping:
