Refund policy


**IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ**

If you receive a damaged or lost delivery, please follow these conditions when making a claim with us:

  1. Retain all original packaging materials and damaged goods in the same condition as received. Do not dispose of or release them to the carrier before the claim is completed, as photographs of the packaging and damaged goods will be required. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the denial of the claim.

  2. Take high-definition (HD) photos of the package as received and submit them to us as soon as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us resolve the issue. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.


Return Policy

Lucchi Jewelry & Co is dedicated to providing high standards of customer service and delivering an outstanding shopping experience for all. We want to make returns easy, if for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us first at contact@lucchijewelry.com or by filling out this form here. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any alterations to any product is considered custom and non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify that we have received your returned item. You will be notified of our approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. We aim to process refund within 5-7 business days.

Additionally, If we reject your return, you are responsible for the return shipping cost back to you if we find that you are at fault for any damages or failing to comply with the conditions below after an inspection by our team of specialists.


Conditions:

  • Lucchi Jewelry & Co will only accept returns from products that are new, unused, and in original condition, including the original tag(s) that have not been tampered with. We provide these security measurements to mitigate fraud and liability for our community.
  • We have a 14 day return policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return on full priced items. After 14 days upon purchase delivery date, all purchases will be deemed final sale. Return shipping costs may apply on returns.
  • We require proof of purchase or receipt to complete your return.
  • Discounted or customized items are not eligible for return.
  • We don't offer direct exchanges through the site. If you'd like to exchange a product, we will refund you the cost (minus shipping) and you will have to place a new order online through our website.
  • Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

When shipping items back to us, please follow these conditions:

  1. Jewelry (including necklaces, earrings, watches, rings, bracelets, broaches, etc.) with a value of $1,000.00 or more must be sent with direct or adult Signature Confirmation Service provided by the carrier (the package must be signed for upon delivery).

  2. Items must not be shipped in their original manufacturers' packaging or any packaging that alludes to the contents.

  3. Packages must be properly sealed and not expose the contents inside and enclosed in a protective parcel.

It is important to comply with these conditions to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your items. If you choose to waive these conditions, we are not responsible for loss, missing, or damaged goods during the delivery process.
